Another former pupil who currently plays for Glasgow Celtic is Stephen Pearson.
A lifelong Celtic fan, Stephen joined his boyhood heroes in a £350,000 deal from Motherwell in January 2004.
He is widely regarded as one of the most talented young midfielders in Scotland and made his full international debut coming on as a substitute in the Euro 2004 play-off with the Netherlands, which the Scots won 1-0.
. He was voted the Scottish Young Player of the Year, helping the Hoops win the Scottish League and Cup double.
