Our Lady's High School has always had a strong footballing tradition having won the Senior Shield 8 times, the under 16 Shield once, the under 15 Shield 4 times, the under 14 Shield twice and the under 13 Shield once.
Our Lady's have been runners up in the senior competition twice.
A member of this years winning side Stephen Pearson has had the honour of being capped for Scotland and being involved in the Scottish team that won the Centenary Shield in Bradford in March of this year.
